"A Thirst for Summer Rain" is, by far, Lustre's best album! I read that this is the first time he has recorded in a proper studio, and it definitely shows in the production quality. I don't even mind the record being rather short because this material is very crisp, clean, and heavy. While past releases sounded muddled and distant, these songs are ultra bright and up-front. I have both the digital files and the physical CD for this. Highly recommended for anyone into Atmospheric Black Metal, or even just Ambient music, in general!
