This was always an in-between disc: after the Berlin-trilogy (Low, Heroes, Lodger), Bowie was well on his way to be more commercial again. I revisited this disc recently, and although it is certainly not as good as Low, it still has its merits. Try "It's no game", it's the rougher side of Bowie and gives you an idea where the disc is heading...
