The title track and "4 Leaf Clover" are similar in style to much of the To Hell With The Devil album and are, IMO, the strongest tracks. "Run In You" and "Love Is Why" are outstanding with great melodies. And their cover of "Peace Of Mind" is fantastic to the point of being on par with the original. "The Plan" is punchy, catchy, power pop - well played and helped by the crisp production sound. "Alive" is a beautiful ballad (albeit a bit fluffy.) "I Believe" is nice but a bit repetitious. "Mercy Over Blame" and "Everything" are both raucous but a bit unfocused. So is "Eclipse Of The Son" - so badly it is just downright dysfunctional. Speaking of dysfunction, we have yet another remake of "My Love (I'll Always Show)". For the life of me, I can't figure out why. Best album since their heyday, for sure. But they missed a chance to REALLY shine on a few tracks.
