This should in my opinion had been just a Rick Wright solo album, it took me some time. Definitely can't spin this with some of my other favorite Floyd albums but to think of it as a CD 2 to Division Bell makes it seem worth a listen every year or so. When I first heard this I thought it was boring, but picking it up two years later it's been a treat to listen through again with actual track listings to refer to.

What a load of old codswallop this is! It smacks of old has-beens ripping their fans off with inferior crap!
I listened to all the tracks, and could not believe how they peddled the same instruments, chords, pace,in each one. They must be very complacent these days.
    RUBBISH! (One star for qualifying).

This album was very disappointing. I had the feeling that some musicians started playing a keyboard or synthesizer and simply added some session playing with their instruments. No outstanding melodies, no cool rhythms and nothing creative. Nothing to find here that was making them so famous in the past. It is ok for filling the background while reading a book. But that's it.

Really what did you expect from pensioners, stlii i will always love the Floyd and Louder Than Words will go with the classics

A bit disappointing really - it is supposed to be the missing bits from the Division Bell but you can find echoes (geddit?) of Wish You Were Here and The Wall as well. A lot of sub two minute tracks don't help when listening in the car as it separates them with a silent gap making the album sound very disjointed. It is all instrumental bar the last track unless you count Talkin'Hawkin which has the sound of Professor Hawkins from the "Keep Talking" track - though it is pretty dull and obvious why it was cut in the first place. This is Pink Floyd's swansong, the last album ever of one of the greatest bands in the world ever and there is no sign of a classic track (like Echoes, Money, Comfortably Numb etc) whatsoever - instead of going out with a bang, they have just faded away. The telling thing is that I have had the album since it came out and after a week stopped playing it. At the prices here any Floyd fan would be nuts not to get it - but just don't expect too much

Good old school Pink Floyd! Love it!

I love it!! Pink Floyd still delivers it!

I just finished listening to the entire album. I enjoyed it very much. This is a great Pink Floyd album along the lines of 'Wish You Were Here' and 'Animals'. It is mainly instrumental. And you don't necessarily need to be a Pink Floyd fan to like it. This is probably the best Pink Floyd album since 'Wish You Were Here'.

I am a huge Floyd fan. That said, this sucked. It's all very light background music. Nothing to stand out at all. Very disappointed.

This album took me back to Pink Floyd's past works, from "Ummagumma" to "Shine On You Crazy Diamonds" and "Dark Side of the Moon" as well as "The Division Bell". "Louder Than Words" was the best cut in my humble opinion.
