This song is one of Paul's mistakes, All Day
That's ridiculous. I'm a black female, and I've always known Paul McCartney songs. I listen to all types of music, including opera and classical. Stereotyping and prejudging demonstrate a very narrow perception. An open mind - even keel and acceptance - is a better vantage point. That said, Kanye lost me a long time ago. He's flipped his wig... lost his way... still talented, though :-)
What's funny is Paul McCartney is less relevant than Kanye West is today. "Who dat? Who dat?" All us white people getting uppity about "How dare he?!" in regards to Kanye and Paul collaborating. Please. Wake up. Black rap artists have integrity; they are valid and valued. It's a shame the only time Black artistry gets the recognition it deserves is when a white person imitates it. That Rock music you listen to by The Beatles? Has its roots in Black America.
Ridiculous. Sir Paul being on a Kanye song is just a publicity stunt because Kanye's fans had no idea who he was. Bummer for them that they have no music history outside of someone spitting 'nigga' every 5th word. Sir Paul's property value has just dropped. He needs to stay classy and away from the drama and crap Kanye promotes. This isn't music or art.
